Credit Card Orders: We supply a secure connection in order to safely receive your credit card number, however, we do not permanently store credit card numbers on our servers.

Contests and Surveys: Under no circumstances may anyone under the age of 13 participate in any contest or survey through Radio Woodstock. Users 13 and over, but under the age of 18, should ask permission of their parent or guardian before participating in any contest or survey.

Chat rooms: You are solely responsible for anything contained in your chat sessions. We do not verify, endorse or otherwise vouch for the contents of any chat session. You may be held legally liable for the contents of your chat sessions if those sessions violate any law. Chat sessions on our site are not "private" and may be disclosed to legal authorities under certain circumstances. We reserve the right to release current or past member information if we believe a user is in violation of the terms of service or content guidelines, has used our site to commit unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed, or when we deem it necessary or appropriate. Please do not give out personal information in a chat room. Children and teens are especially urged not to give anyone personal information about themselves (real name, phone, address, city, URL, age, gender, email address, etc.).
