Radio Woodstock, Inc. ("we," "us" or "Radio Woodstock") believes
visitors to our website should be fully informed as to our privacy
policies. The following details our information gathering and dissemination
practices for www.radiowoodstock.com.
IP Address: Your IP address is used to help diagnose problems
with our server, and for purposes related to administration of our
Web site. Your IP address also provides us with broad demographic
information.
Cookies: Cookies are used to deliver information specific
to your interests; to record your password so you don't have to
re-enter it each time you visit our site; to keep track of items
you intend to purchase; and to make sure you don't see the same
ad repeatedly. Most internet browsers allow you to control whether
and what kind of cookies you accept. To disable cookies, refer to
your Internet browser¹s instructions.
Registration, Personalization and Order Forms: Registration,
personalization and order forms ask you to give us contact information
(such as your email and mailing address) and demographic information
(such as age, level of education, favorite musical styles and favorite
artists). We use this information to offer you content you will
find interesting, as well as to ship items you may have ordered
or won in contests. All of this information is shared with advertisers
on an aggregate basis, however, information about specific individuals
is never made available to advertisers.
We may use your contact information to send you information about
our company or our partner companies, or to contact you directly
when necessary. You may elect not to receive future mailings; see
the delete/unsubscribe section below.
Credit Card Orders: We supply a secure connection in order
to safely receive your credit card number, however, we do not permanently
store credit card numbers on our servers.

in your chat sessions. We do not verify, endorse or otherwise vouch
for the contents of any chat session. You may be held legally liable
for the contents of your chat sessions if those sessions violate
any law. Chat sessions on our site are not "private" and may be
disclosed to legal authorities under certain circumstances. We reserve
the right to release current or past member information if we believe
a user is in violation of the terms of service or content guidelines,
has used our site to commit unlawful acts, if the information is
subpoenaed, or when we deem it necessary or appropriate. We may
also deny access to our sites to repeat offenders. Radio Woodstock¹s
guidelines or terms of service may be amended or changed at any
time and without notice.

age, gender, email address, etc.).
Children Under 13: Information collected from children under
13 is used only for statistical analysis, editorial participation,
feedback and those purposes described in the registration process.
We do not give children's personal information to third parties.
Where children are allowed to participate in a contest, our rules
may require that that they provide their parent or guardian's e-mail
